Halal manager training (2 days)

Who is eligible?

Companies and stores that are considering halalization, those who want to deepen their understanding of halal, cooks, those who are engaged in the food industry (those who are not currently engaged but have plans to do so)

Purpose of the course

Overseas halal food manufacturing plants are obliged to hire Muslims as halal managers, but it may be difficult to hire new people due to the small Muslim population in Japan country and problems with visas and labor costs.

In an environment where Muslims are not employed and there is little insight into Islam and halal, even if they are able to obtain halal certification, it may cause some risk in the future.

The products of these companies also seem to lack halal authenticity for Muslim consumers.

In order to solve the above problems, the Association stipulates that companies that obtain halal certification must hire at least one person who has acquired halal administrator qualification as a condition of certification.

After obtaining certification, you will play a role as an internal auditor to ensure the halal nature of your products, and you will also play a central role in the company's halal committee.

* After completing the course, successful applicants will receive a certificate of completion of the halal administrator training by mail. (In case of failure, we will contact you separately first.) ）

* However, although the certificate of completion of the course is provided at the facility where you are engaged, halal certification is not automatically granted.

Lecture on Muslim Reception (1 day)

Who is eligible?

Hotel workers, restaurant (hall) workers, tour guides, sales staff, and other hospitality workers who cater to foreigners (Muslims)

Purpose of the course

For the ever-increasing number of Muslims visiting Japan, students will acquire correct knowledge and deepen their understanding of the precepts of their religious lives. By taking this course, you will be able to provide more satisfactory services without causing them to feel unpleasant.

* After the completion of the course, successful applicants will receive a certificate of completion of the Muslim Reception Supervisor Course. (In case of failure, we will contact you separately first.) ）

* However, although the certificate of completion of the course is provided at the facility where you are engaged, halal certification is not automatically granted.
